Join Canton Comedy Boom on Saturday, August 22nd for a night of hilarious stand-up comedy with headliner Von Mychael!

The show also features Akron comic Matthew J. Farkas, and Canton’s own Eric Talbert will be your host for the evening.

Von Mychael is an up-and-coming comedian who hails from Chester, VA. His work ethic and determination to become a celebrated name in comedy have landed him at the Apollo, where he won 2nd place. Von is a six-time winner of the Funnybone Clash of Comics, and he’s opened for heavyweights in comedy such as Jamie Kennedy and John Witherspoon.

Matthew James Farkas is an Academy-nominated, Akron-based comedian. Hes performed in multiple states, showcasing a blue collar degenerative perspective with light witty twists to dark satire. He has been instrumental in the creation of the Rubber City Comedy Festival, and is a writer and co-host for our popular News Room sketch.
