Yes. Hall of Fame Apartments accepts Housing Choice (Section 8) vouchers, including vouchers issued by SMHA (Stark Metropolitan Housing Authority), the housing authority for Canton and Stark County. Bring your voucher and Request for Tenancy Approval (RFTA) packet to leasing; as with any voucher move, the housing authority inspects the unit and approves the rent before move-in. We happily accept applications from prospective tenants who are 18 years of age or older.
Applicants must be 18 or older. We review income, rental history, criminal background and credit for every applicant. The application fee is $50 per applicant. Call (330) 403-8782 for the current income and credit requirements.
Heat is included in the rent. Residents pay electricity plus a monthly water, sewer and trash fee: $55/month for a 1-bedroom and $65/month for a 2-bedroom. Parking is free for residents.
We offer leases from anywhere between 12 and 36 months.
We are not offering furnished units at this time.

We want your property to feel like home and welcome you to mount a television to the wall. We simply ask that you repair any damage when you vacate and ask our maintenance staff for paint colors.

Yes. Cats and small dogs are allowed. Call leasing at (330) 403-8782 for pet fees, monthly pet rent and any weight or breed rules. Assistance animals are not pets and are not charged pet fees.
Yes. There are on-site laundry facilities with smart, smartphone-operated machines. Ask leasing about laundry access for a specific unit.

For move-ins by October 31, 2026, expect about $1,398 for a 1-bedroom or $1,548 for a 2-bedroom (one applicant): first month's rent, the $299 deposit, the $50 application fee and the $150 lease origination fee.

The leasing office at 2701 Harrison Ave NW is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Maintenance is available 24 hours a day.
Belden Village Mall is about 3.6 miles north (about 8 minutes by car).
Stark State College in North Canton is about 5.5 miles away (about 14 minutes by car). Malone University is about 1.6 miles away.
Select apartments have wall air conditioning units. Ask leasing which available units include one.
