Embark on a flavorful journey through the heart of Italy—right here at Gervasi Vineyard. Sip of Gervasi is a tasting event celebrating regional Italian street food and Gervasi’s award-winning wines. Stroll through six themed tasting stations in the Pavilion, each inspired by a different region of Italy, where you’ll enjoy perfectly paired small bites and signature wine pours.

Upon arrival, each guest receives a logo stemmed wine glass and Gervasi Passport, stamped at each station as you taste your way across Italy (in our covered Pavilion). Complete your passport and receive 20% off all purchases in The Marketplace.

Finish your journey by enjoying complimentary Open House Distillery & Cave Tours from 2-6pm.

What to Expect:
Timed entry in 30-minute waves (50 guests per interval) between 1-4:30pm
Open House Distillery & Cave Tours from 2-6pm
Italian folk and polka music and engaging photo ops
Guests will receive a logo stemmed wine glass to take home
Mixed seating and cocktail tables for casual, social dining
