Yes, Smartland currently accepts CMHA and Section 8 Vouchers.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
We happily accept applications from prospective tenants who are 18 years of age or older.
What are your rental qualifications?
There are a several items we consider when reviewing applications, including income, rental history, criminal background and credit.
What utilities are included in the rent?
Heat is included in rent. Tenant pays electricity and $35/mo toward water, sewer, and trash for one bedroom apartment. For two bedroom apartment the same fee is $45/mo.
What is the minimum lease term?
We offer leases from anywhere between 12 and 36 months.
Do you offer any furnished units?
We are not offering furnished units at this time.
How many suites are there all together?
There are total of 79 apartment units.

Can I mount a TV to a wall?
We want your property to feel like home and welcome you to mount a television to the wall. We simply ask that you repair any damage when you vacate and ask our maintenance staff for paint colors.
Is there free parking?
Free parking is available for all residents.
